Emily has been SUPER helpful, informative, compassionate, and communicative in helping me navigate my hair challenges. I have very thin, fine, curly, low density hair that had a lot of damage and breakage from protein overload and incorrectly using heat tools. She worked with me on how to reset my hair, was gentle and kind in her approach, walked me through what to do, and checked in on how I was doing in between appointments.
