I booked a silk press and while the end result was nice, the overall experience was not. 1) my appointment was at 9am didn’t get seen until 935 or so. 2) the shampoo process was fast & the way my head was handled wasnt gentle 3)my hair was blow dried for an extended period of time which I hope and pray my hair isn’t damaged because of it. 4) I am not a hair stylist, but I’m almost positive you should detangle someone’s hair while it is still wet and not while dry. I had debated leaving a review because I appreciate not having to do my hair myself. The thing I have an issue with is the pricing and the fact that my bank account was hacked shortly after using a payment method I’ve never used before.
