Ray has been cutting hair for a long time (40 years he claims). I went in there with a very specific cut in mind, even brought a picture. The cut I walked out with was decent-looking, not great. I ended up touching it up a bit once I got home and it's better now. Definitely DID NOT cut it like the picture though, and then blamed it on my hair type rather than admit he cut too much hair off.
