I specifically asked for a long beard, so he suggested an Italian fade which will keep my length and I agreed. What I ended up with was a simple machine trim without any fade, and I’ve lost all my grown-up beard! Honestly, he was super nice, but I’m really annoyed :( added the before and after

At first, I liked the haircut—it looked good. But when I got home and looked closer, I realized that instead of blending my beard into the bald fade like he said, he had trimmed down the entire beard. It left me looking like I had just a goatee instead of a full beard. I didn’t notice right away because I was distracted by the fade, which he did well, but blending the top near the ear shouldn’t mean cutting down the whole beard. Nino has cut my hair the last two times I’ve been in and did an excellent job both times. He’s clearly very experienced and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. The shop itself has a comfortable, welcoming environment , and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
