Had this hairdresser who did an amazing job with my hair very happy
Jim is a virtouso at transforming a shaggy hirsute Neanderthalic male to really really good looking in a flat 45 minutes with laughs and great anecdotes (synonymous with a Rick and Morty adventure) on the way.
I know the lady there means well. She was nice and polite, unfortunately just not knowledgeable. I asked for help to find products to tone my hair and the products didn't work. I'm pretty sure my hair is level 10 but she recommended level 8 toners. Didn't do anything to my hair. Wasteful spending.
