I’ve been meaning to find a new salon since I had a bad experience at my previous salon. Due to my previous terrible experience, I was a bit hesitant trying a new one out. I was referred to Hairgram by a friend for my very first bleach and color appointment. I was a bit nervous, especially with the thought of sitting in a chair for an extended period of time, but Mina made the whole process so pleasant. She offered water and coffee, and provided me with a tablet with plenty of entertainment to last the duration of the process. I can’t recommend Mina enough. I've been seeing her for over a year, and every visit makes me wish I’d started going to her sooner. I often bring in pics from Instagram or Pinterest, and Mina always gives honest feedback, offering suggestions and tips to make each style work best for me and my head shape. I even went to her for my wedding haircut and my wife loved my hair that day, so she's the best in my book! : )

I have long, slightly wavy hair that’s flat on top but heavy on the bottom. I normally just ask for lots of layers at the salon to deal with that. Lydia recommended a butterfly cut and wow. I really, really like the way it falls but somehow even more after it’s grown out a bit. I think she added long layers around my face? So my hair is still long but not flat on top. She fixed my lifelong problem haha. Thank youu
