Absolutely incredible. I have thick, coarse hair and my niece has extremely tight curly coarse hair. Heather knocks it out of the park every time. She really understands how to cut hair of all kinds, from 4C to smooth and straight. Her coloring is amazing. MOST IMPORTANTLY - she is able to listen to her customers and use her experience and knowledge to give us what she wants. I won't go anywhere else.
