Didn't receive a cash to close figure until the night before closing, after banks had closed and it was too late to get a cashiers check. Had to wire funds, which I initiated as soon as I received the figure, but it took a while to process and we waited pretty much all day for the title company to verify receipt of funds and give us the keys.
