Told me the office was wheel chair accessible but it was not without moving chairs around in the office. Staff was rude.

There is some good about this organization & their methods, namely the therapists that work with the kids. However, when presented with especially difficult situations that also involve family court, 2 things happen: 1. It's their policy that the director testifies, not the actual therapist & 2. they recommend removing a child from a home (removing them from conflict) rather than seeking a solution to the cause of conflict.

We are still in the program with my oldest child. This is a program that I did not feel necessary, but was completed to appease their father since he sees the child as problematic. It has been an absolutely wonderful experience. My child has loved their counselor and has learned many skills that will help them to become a more confident individual and opening the capacity to have "hard" conversations as well as knowing when to implement hard boundaries. I wasn't happy about being sent here, but the people I met & worked with were amazing. It changed my attitude towards companies like this, these particular people were really great. I'd highly recommend.
