J’ai appelé ce salon pour me renseigner sur leurs tarifs, et prendre rendez-vous. La personne au téléphone me dis «pas de disponibilités aujourd’hui merci» et raccroche. Alors que je voulais prendre rdv pour les jours suivant… aucune patience ni professionnalisme au téléphone pour les clients souhaitant prendre rendez-vous. Je n’irais pas chez eux.
