Did my keratin with Maykel Alonso at the Sunset location. The keratin did not take or the product used was a cheap brand. I've been trying to reschedule and he is making excuses about being fully booked. I DO NOT recommend for Keratin.

I do not recommend this salon to anyone the employees are very unprofessional they did not great me when I walked in and they were all on their phones (P.S they were not with any customers). When I asked for what I wanted (simple blow-dry) they talked to each other to see who wanted to do my hair until the supervisor told one of her employees to do it, a nice lady but very inexperienced help me out. She did not have good equipment the blow dryer hardly did not produce heat and she did not have any products to put in my hair ... read more

Great Hair Stylist! – I live in the Westchester area and after visiting many hair salons in miami I met the BEST stylist on Bird Road!!! I highly recommend Lissette!!! I went in for a hair cut, high lights and keratin treatments and she worked wonders on my hair!!! Make an appointment before visiting her because I know she is very busy.
