I came here for a quick men’s haircut and the service was great. I was in and out in 30 minutes and the stylist was very friendly and professional. My wife is going to try them out when she is ready for a new color treatment.

I was going there to see one particular stylist for 2 years before she left for another job. I wasn't sure of the names of other stylists and wanted a new fit and there was a bit of confusion that seemed to upset the staff. The receptionist staff lately has been rude and unprofessional. I generally try to tip well with someone I am familiar with, particularly during the holidays. The way they handle their customer service is inappropriate and unprofessional. Everything went well with my haircut except a patch of hair wasn't cut and the back was cut like a hispanic even though, I am white. I was considering to come back from to time but this made want to never come back especially since I was refused service to fix the issue that one of your hairstylists caused. She cut the back of my hair without asking how I wanted It!I have never been to a salon with such horrid customer service that would not allow a customer back to fix something that is an issue: Whether it was $14..or $35.... read more
