Despite multiple reminders and confirmations, she not only didn't show, but she didn't respond to my call or text. My mom is elderly and we prepared specifically for the day/haircut. Very disappointed.
Victoria was wonderful. We called and she responded very quickly. She was very prompt for the appointment. She was very kind and professional when she attended to mother-in-law. She did a wonderful job. We are very grateful for her service work and will gladly call her back again.
