Staff seemed okay but was denied access to the bathroom even with a medical reason which is against state law. They said it is up to the owner. Only had 1 customer when I went in during the week.
My wife went to LUX AURA SALON AND SPA yesterday, and this was not her first time visiting. She has been there before and has always had a wonderful experience. The staff are extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive. You can truly see the care and effort they put into their work. Anyone who visits this salon will definitely feel comfortable and appreciate the amazing service. We highly recommend this place! 5 out of 5 stars!
