I came in for a quick touch-up and I am SO happy with the result! I have kind of thick hair and Pam was so helpful in telling me how to manage and take care of my hair. The customer service was fantastic and I had no qualms or issues. Will definitely keep this place in mind for coming back to upkeep! Also- it was super affordable and totally worth the cost.
I finished my haircut with Grisdela ( based on what was written in the room I got the cut ). I do not know if she was having a bad day or what but did not ask me anything apart from "you need a chop at the ends?". I am telling her proactively that I had done layers and want the layers to be layered and I see that did not not do any cutting. When she showed me the result there was literally no change..
