Kao Chao at Haircut of Today is the Perfect Barber. My hair was a mess, a blob in several directions. I don't need fu-fu frills, just the type of haircut Dad and I used to get. I showed my mop to Mr. Chao, then showed him how long I wanted my hair to be, and he got right to it. He only charged me $16. Wow. Exactly what I needed. The shop is easy to miss because 82nd Avenue is extremely busy in this section.
