Really unfortunate that I had a bad experience given others have had great ones. I'd asked for my hair to be blow dried straight & flicked, my scalp was burnt by the hairdresser over 5 times whilst also being hit in the head with it 4 - & she didn't speak English neither did most of the stylists so the barrier was difficult. The end result with my hair was it looking completely frizzy and nothing like I asked for, I asked her to make it more smooth, and that didn't work out.
