It was like walking into grandama's house - warm and comfortable - a bit crowded with everything in it's place. We had just moved here, from Portland, OR - my grandson and I needed a cut and walked in - we were welcomed enthusiastically. Mary Jo took my grandson and shampooed his hair and proceeded to cut precisely as he requested - and did an outstanding job. Mine was simple - a number 1 all over. This was a great experience at Haircrafters.
