My appointment was 5 hours long. The girl that did my hair was not qualified. She said she hasn’t even done hair for a year. My hair was over processed there were different colors of blonde. There was a lot of yellow in my hair, which was the one thing I did not want she toned it and it still looked like I dyed my hair out of the box hair dye my sweater was ruined also by the bleach it was the first time I wore the sweater when I got home and take it off it is ruined I called I was said I was extremely unhappy and the owner ... read more

Difficult to find anyone there on the spur of the moment within the business hours listed here. Apparently they are only on site for pre-booked appointments during those hours. If you want to make a purchase during a random visit off the street, good luck. Nobody answers a knock on the door or a phone call even though the lights are on inside.
