Shay is a delight to work with. She is very professional and had my hair feeling light, clean and healthy. Her space is spacious and clean. Can’t wait to come back in 3 months!
She canceled by appointment after two “last minute reschedules”, even though her policy clearly states two ARE allowed. I’ve been serviced here a few times, so I would’ve appreciated a little more discernment as a returning client due to the miscommunication. However, within the minute of the second reschedule she sent a text acknowledging she was canceling my appointment along with the cancellation email.
