She canceled by appointment after two “last minute reschedules”, even though her policy clearly states two ARE allowed. I’ve been serviced here a few times, so I would’ve appreciated a little more discernment as a returning client due to the miscommunication. However, within the minute of the second reschedule she sent a text acknowledging she was canceling my appointment along with the cancellation email. Shay is so kind , I was new coming here and she catered to my hair needs and got it back healthy and thick . She really is an awesome stylist and knows her thing about really taking care of your natural hair .
Shayy was amazing with my hair. I’m a natural girl with color. My hair is very thick with length. Just by looking at it she knew what I needed to get done. My hair feels great, looks healthy and I can’t wait to go back. The salon was easy to find and it was nice and clean. Shayy is a girls girl and I love it. She loves making her clients feel comfortable & supported. You should definitely check her out if you’re looking for somebody to do your hair with care. :)
