I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hairdresser. My mom and I had a scheduled appointment, and I traveled specifically for it. When I arrived, I asked for a balayage, and was immediately told she couldn’t do it because it would take too much time. I then asked for ashy highlights instead—something simpler—and she again refused, saying it would also take too long. Deceitful & Disrespectful! Do Not Waste Your Time & Energy with Karena. She cancels same day appointments (~3hrs notice), tells you in person that Groupon purchased services doesn’t apply to my hair, Refused Service, & called me a B$#ch. My 1st appointment was cancelled by her through EMAIL (~3 hrs prior). She had my number and couldn’t text nor call so I showed up for my appointment.
