Brittany canceled on doing my wedding hair a month before the wedding and had terrible communication with me. I don’t recommend relying on her to keep to her word. I do hope she does better with other clients in the future.

I have super fine, thin hair and wanted a trim and color. My hair can be a bit difficult to color because of it's texture, sometimes processing too fast and sometimes not holding color at all. Brittany completely understood what I was asking for in a rose brown balayage and when the first brand of color didn't take in my hair, she re-evaluated and and got a brand I had been successful with in previous years.
