One star is one star too many for this company, in my opinion. My initial order was placed on 6th August, when I had heard nothing after 10 days, I emailed them asking what was happening with my order. They eventually agreed on 18th August to send product via express through Australia Post. Nothing received by 22 August. I emailed them that day and then again on 26th August telling them that I was going to report them to PayPal. They offered to cancel my order for a full refund and I agreed.
