I really tried to give this stylist multiple chances, but every visit left me feeling worse than the last. Looking back I even blamed myself for trying to make it work when the experience was consistently disappointing. Her attitude is one of the biggest issues—very dismissive and unwilling to listen. She tends to push her own vision onto clients, convincing you that what she wants to do is better than what you asked for, completely disregarding your preferences. My big sister came here a few days before Christmas, and unfortunately her experience was not a good one. Not only did the stylist take a very long time to complete her install, but her hair was also not given the same level of care as other clients while she waited to be serviced. She was extremely disappointed—so much so that she had to take her hair down just a few days later.

I am picky, very picky and live on a schedule, I am time conscious and like to keep appointments etc. Bellah was fantastic, she understood the assignment. I will definitely go back and give them another try.
