I found my girl! Jess has helped me correct past coloring issues and always makes herself available when I need her. The color is spot on (even when I ask her to change it) and her high lights are really well blended.

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 10 years, and while the results are usually fine, I left my last appointment feeling really uncomfortable. I asked a few questions about area foils—what they are, how they work, and why I was charged extra last time—but the stylist seemed annoyed that I even asked. I have been coming to Hairapy ever since moving to Mahwah. The staff are professional, friendly and always accommodating to make every visit a positive experience. The cost is fair and reasonable. My hair always looks great whether it’s a cut, blowout or color.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews this quick , but I felt this experience was worth mentioning. I called simply to ask for a general price range—something very common when contacting a salon. The person who answered responded already rude and then responded with an annoyance tone “oh my God” in a way that came across as unprofessional and dismissive.
