I got a keratin treatment and K-tip extensions for the first time and I’m absolutely OBSESSED! Amber made the whole experience feel so easy and luxurious. She matched the color and hair texture perfectly and installed them so seamlessly—you’d never know they weren’t mine. I’ve gotten so many compliments, and the confidence boost is real! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I spent thousands of dollars for a HOOD experience and HAIR LOST! Just go anywhere else! For my first appointment she was dressed, offered wine and all positive. She told me due to me be being natural, I needed to get a keratin treatment, but not to worry because I had a full head of healthy hair. I came back, got there earlier, she needed the entire day to do my hair. I got Kips with extra hair, so that made sense. She showed up barely dressed, no bra and small pants with. Amber is a top notch colorist & stylist! I came in knowing what I did not want with a thousand pictures of what I might want. She suffered through my indecision and said ok I can work from point A, but can you trust me as we work through correcting the color that had been done by another stylist.
