I went for a trim. I clearly explained what I wanted but Maria did her own thing and chopped off my hair instead. All that time spent growing my hair out, gone in an instant. It was also very uneven which was one of the things I asked her to fix! This was my second bad experience, the first time with Joe also ruining my hair, but that was years ago so I thought I'd give them another go. Never again...
Joe is a very professional and experienced colorist and stylist. His entire staff was friendly and he is obviously respected by his employees. I am very happy with my hair results. Maria is as much professional and talented.
