I wanted my hair trimmed & loose perm. I had so much length that I've tried to grow for over a year. I got the older woman, as sweet as she is... She has no idea what she is doing anymore. She chopped my hair, ruined it. I watched all of it just fall & was left with a choppy uneven mess.I have a bald spot that she tried to hide with my bangs & gel at the top of my scalp, after the perm! I'm so angry!
