Cancelled my 8am appt at 7:15am. Told me multiple lies on why my appt was being cancelled. Did not offer compensation or a discount for another appointment. Just suggested a come back the very next day at the same time. Why would I trust them again when they canceled on me the first time. Now I have to wait 3-7 business days to get my money back. This salon is an absolute joke!

This was my first time getting my daughter hair done professionally. Ashanti did a great job. She answered all my questions. Made my child feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place. We’ll be definitely coming back!

I made an appointment with Summer a month before and the day of my appointment (my appointment was at 9 and I got a text from her at 6:30) I was asked to reschedule due to a scheduling error. I ended up getting my soft locs a few days later and they looked good on the first day but after a week I had one loc that wasn’t even attached to my hair anymore and the hair was unraveling. I went to Hair your Way 2 and got small box braids. I have social anxiety, but everyone in the shop was amazing and welcoming and I felt so comfortable the whole time I was there. I had Teara (TT) as my braider. My parts are clean and a week later my braids still look new and I don't even tie my hair down. 10/10 would go again.

I love coming here!! Everytime I get my hair done, I always recommend that my family and friends come! Teara did a great job on my hair and I will be coming back :)
