I went to see Robert for Color Correction- from Permeant dye that was way too dark. I knew Robert would be honest and explain the possibilities of color correcting the dreadful dark brown-almost black Box dye I had put in my own hair. He effectively removed just the right amount of dye and it resulted in a wonderful brunette. Now it looks natural and I feel 100% better.
