This USE to be my store of choice for MANY YEARS but not anymore. Prices are HIGHER, the CLERKS ARE RUDE, and some things they CHOOSE to do are UNJUSTIFIABLE. If I have points, why not offer them to me? If I have my braider license on file WHY NOT USE MY DISCOUNT. Each time I go in THERE IS A DIFFERENT RULE.
As a customer, I was disrespected by another customer and I at the end hall of the day I end up getting banned from the store because a customer interrupted a purchase between me and one of the people that have worked for the Hair store. So the next time I came in the manager, decided to make a decision and choose one-sided stories and say that I was being rude to her, but she miss gendered she disrespected and she called me a name with words, and she didn’t get kicked out of nothing. They have cute wigs, but customer service is lacking. I would had been more inclined to make a purchase if there was engagement and by that I mean simply having staff to greet and ask what am I looking for. Very slow service for a retail place that barely had any customers. Because of that I walked out without purchasing. Teach your staff Prospective selling!
It had the hair I needed but the price that was listed on the hair once I got to the register that was not the price. They did not honor the price tag on the hair, only the scan price of the hair. They should have honored the price tag on the hair. It's not my fault they placed the incorrect tag on the hair. I won't come back here again.
