Today, was my first time in this store. I recently relocated to Bear, De. I had previously found a hair store closer to my home with very nice employees, but not a large hair selection. I kept searching until I found Hair World via google and noticed it has larger hair selection. However, when I enter the store there were 2 or 3 employees chit chatting. Very nice people. Friendly workers and i'm even pleased with the owner. Once I had to return an item and the owner had every right to deny my refund ( because I missed the deadline) but she didn't. She gave me my refund back and I will never forget it. In fact, I hope that she'll read this review and know that she gained herself a loyal customer because of it. I'll identify myself the next tine that I come in -which will be soon :)

To my displeasure I was told "I don't mean to be offensive, but the texture (of the hair on a wig) is like what your hair is naturally like....coarse" If you think you are going to say something offensive, the best thing to do is not say it. With my hair fully covered under a hat, how one makes assumptions and stereotypes is pure ignorance. I kindly told her I have an Indian background, and not all hair texture is the same.
