I am so disappointed. First time I came here. I just wanted my bangs and my face-framing layers trimmed. I even showed a picture of what I wanted. The woman cut off and thinned too much. I had a good cry when I got home. And they still made me pay! I would never come back. She also tried to blame me, saying it was because I had trimmed my bangs myself before. J'ai eu une merveilleuse expérience avec Amina. Elle a été très professionnelle et attentionnée. Je suis vraiment satisfaite de ma nouvelle coupe de cheveux et de mon balayage. Elle a su me guider avec beaucoup d'attention et me donner un style qui me correspond parfaitement.
Que du positif à dire de Chanel et de Hassan! Étant moi-même une ex coiffeuse je suis très perfectionniste et exigeante pour mes cheveux , à chaque fois je suis satisfaite du service reçu et du professionnalisme des employés . Ma coupe est toujours ça coche ✅

Ce n’était pas ma première visite au salon, mais c’était ma première fois avec Chanel, et je suis vraiment ravie ! Chanel est douce, attentionnée, professionnelle et très à l’écoute. Elle a réalisé un blond absolument magnifique, exactement comme je le voulais. En plus, elle a pris le temps d’utiliser des produits adaptés à mes cheveux pour en prendre soin tout au long du service, ce que j’ai énormément apprécié. Je suis plus que satisfaite du résultat et je recommande Chanel
