I’ve been trusting Sue with my hair for years, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She has an exceptional eye for color and always delivers the perfect shade, leaving me with compliments every time. What I love most is how she colors my hair while keeping it healthy. I highly recommend her.
Hi, I had Sue do my hair. I asked for highlights. She bleached my hair. I wanted a cool toned colour and I was talking to her about how I wanted to try a lavender-like colour one day. Next thing I know she tones my hair with both those things. She’s attentive, kind, listened to what I wanted for my hair. She is transparent in what she thought suited me, and I appreciate that. Just had an awful experience at this salon. Arrived with my son, requesting an appointment for a cut. Just moments after arriving, another parent and child arrived requesting an appointment. The reception told us there was nothing available for two hours but after we left, she offered an appointment to the other boy. (I returned and asked why and she was very frazzled and then proceeded to try and tell the other family they had to wait..) I guess she didn't like the way we looked. I had one of the worst salon experiences at Hair World. It felt like the hairdresser had never done highlights on real hair before. She left the bleach on for a full hour, an hour! I had to insist she wash it out because I knew it would damage my hair. I’ve been through this before: a few years ago, bleach was left on for 40 minutes and my hair was so damaged I had to cut it off.
