I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary this time. I came in asking for a simple trim — just two inches off and some light layers — but unfortunately, my hair was left uneven all over. It’s especially upsetting because I’m growing my hair out for my wedding next year, and now I’ll have to cut it even shorter just to fix it.
