Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I visited this beauty supply store recently and asked about a pack of hair that was out of my budget. Instead of helping me find a more affordable option, the employee laughed and called me broke. That type of behavior is unacceptable and humiliating. A store that serves the community should treat every customer with basic respect — regardless of how much they’re spending. We shouldn’t support this business anymore. I go to this specific store once in a blue and every.single.time I’m in the store the owner is picking arguments with customers. He should really pack up his disgusting attitude and go elsewhere.
