I’m very disappointed with my experience. The bundles I purchased had excessive shedding, tangling, thinning, and noticeable sparse/bald areas. This was not the quality I expected, especially for the price. I tried to contact the business to resolve the issue before leaving a review. During the call, I felt rushed and wasn’t able to fully explain my concerns. I was told I would receive a call back within two minutes, but I never received one.
