Always happy
Everything I try to go in and get a haircut no one is working. Or they tell me that they are too busy with one customer in house. I understand appointments. But I just watched and after the lady today finished up that cut she just stood around for almost an hr. I did manage to get in once and was satisfied mostly with my cut. Please help me understand why?
