I came in today for a haircut and clearly asked for shoulder-length hair with curtain bangs, using only shears and specified no blade because my hair is damaged. Despite that, I heard the clippers being turned on, and she started cutting my hair with them. Why? Do they not know how to cut with scissors only? I left with a choppy, uneven haircut that looks nothing like what I requested. I’m extremely disappointed.
