Excellent service and skills! I love it Charlise transformed my hair, this was the big chop! She was on time and professional. She was attentive to my comfort during the appointment and very skillful. She was extremely understanding when I had to rebook because I got stuck out of the country. Great communication and customer service. The pictures don't do it justice Raeford Rd location.

I got a coloring and some type of twist on top. This is my honest review. I wanted my hair colored gray. She did not have the color gray so she gave me a soft black, which turned out OK the twist was OK. However, I just wanted a form wrap because my hair was cut short. Yes, I came in with my hair already cut short extremely short however she gave me a man’s haircut she bought she shaped my hair around the front and it made my hairline push back. It's been 2 years since I went here. I will never ever go here again burnt my scalp with a perm. I had not had chemicals in my hair in years. And I have Caucasian hair wanted to put all this weave in my hair because the lady took it out. Finally my hair is growing back. They didn't know they were doing a beauticians hair. Smh think before u go here
