I’ve been to this beauty supply store a few times, and unfortunately, each visit has been uncomfortable. The prices are extremely high, much more than what you’d expect to pay for the same products across the street. What’s worse is the customer experience. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only did they have me waiting for longer than what they initially said(30-40min). They also followed me around the store. The black lady that works there is just as racist as the two that work there. Sm

I decided to check out this establishment today and was extremely disappointed with how I was treated. From the minute I walked in the Asian woman by the door was watching me LIKE A HAWK. I felt like I couldn't even move without her staring at my every movement. I like to read ingredients of what I'm buying before I settle on my purchase. Good afternoon Google Family. This is my first time patronizing this establishment and it is my last time.
