Sylvia was skilled and helpful. It is great to have someone with her skills and experience in our community.
Never going back. Stylists complained the whole time on how thick my hair was and how she didn't have enough time for it. They kept saying how much hair I had, and actually made me feel bad about it. She also told me she couldn't do the color I wanted, so she tried to match it to my existing highlights. She picked the wrong color, and I was left with red roots and brown ends with blonde streaks throughout.
