Louis the owner is extremely unprofessional. Constantly showing up late, cancelling his obligations, changing his address without telling me. Tonight he sent me a harassing email at 10PM for a payment that I sent earlier today. Attached is his poor apology for harassing me when he was in the wrong. His hair systems are also not good. They are not custom and do not fit exactly right. I’ve had many issues with his product. I will continue to attach pictures of the poor hair system at another time
Had an uneven haircut and the system I had installed by them was also cut uneven to accommodate the lack of experience in cutting real hair evenly, making maintenance for me at home very difficult.

The barbers are extremely experienced and experts at what they do. Also, the customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend. Yamilo was great to work with.
