I asked for very chunky color blocked highlights, but got regular highlights instead. I have attached photos of what I wanted vs what I got. I communicated very thoroughly what I wanted, giving reference photos and videos over text as well as in person at the appointment. Liz claims that she misunderstood what I wanted, and thought the photos I shared were examples of what I “didn’t want” like what? Excellent experience. Very happy with the results! I go in with an idea and give Liz some creative freedom and she gives me a cut that looks good with my hair type and face shape.
Liz is the only stylist I’ve ever had that I feel good and love my style when I leave her! Thank you SO much!!
