I made an appt with Hair Undone and went to Tampa the weekend prior to my appt to see the grandbabies. While in Tampa over 2,000 flights were cancelled including mine r/t Covid and pilot shortage. Called Hair Undone to cancel Monday and they were closed so left a message. Talked to them Tues (day of appt) and they told me I didn't contact them within 48 hours and had to pay a fine.
