Yesterday, my girlfriends mom came here for a hair appointment to get her hair dyed brown, their were patches of grey all over her hair after that appointment so she wasn't happy. Today, she went in to get it re-dyed for free, and the hairdresser wasn't happy. There was tension and they didn't talk the whole time, and the hairdresser ended up dying her whole head black. Horrible customer service, avoid this place. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Everyone is very nice. The stylist listened to what I wanted and checked the length with me throughout the cut. She knew to factor my wavy hair into my desired length. I struggled to find a hair dresser that would do that and I would end up with short hair. But Ghada knew exactly what I needed. Very happy with my cut and colour. My daughter loves her cut too!!!!
