I can’t even begin to explain how horrible and traumatic my experience was here. The woman who did my hair started by braiding my already very thin brittle hair way too tight. When installing the extensions rough doesn’t even describe what she was on my head and hair. Pulled so hard on one the braids it literally ripped off my scalp! 10 mins after leaving my natural hair the braids were ripping from the scalp and the extensions were all falling out. I've been going here for almost a long as they've been open. They are so welcoming and are just amazing people, I wouldn't go to another place. I even travel from downtown Toronto to come here since I moved that how much I trust and love this place. 10/10 would recommend coming here
dirty , bad attitude, not on time, they use low quality products if you want Giva salon they have better service and good quality
If you want to get good braids, this isn’t the right place. Their braids are mediocre and they charge $250 for the standard style.
