Save your hair and go somewhere else!!!! I got my haircut by Marly and nearly cried when I left. I went in with shoulder length hair that was all one length. I needed something new, so I asked her to do what she thought would make me look better. I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Marly for almost five years and she truly is the best. I recently moved out of the area but I still drive 30 minutes to see her because I know that I can trust her expertise. She has been in the business for many years and is such a sweet and hardworking woman. I highly recommend her to anyone who is tired of their current stylist and wants to try something new and fresh.

I totally agree with the other reviews- The color Marly did for my highlights was exactly what I wanted- spot on blonde and rich light brown to break it up. She uses really high quality color that lasts for a long time and keeps its richness. I feel like a million bucks when I walk out of there- give her a try, promise you'll love it!

I called the number and found out that Hair Trends had moved to 3822 Ocean View Blvd, so I went to see Marly at her new spot. It was well worth the visit because I LOVE my hair. Marly apparently is something of a legend in L.A. because she has so much experience. Never has my color looked so good. I got a blonde highlight mixed with a subtle light brown lowlight. I will definitely be back. =)

I got my hair cut in a pixie cut (and highighted) by Marly over the weekend and I absolutely LOVE it! I have gotten so many compliments already, she rocks! This woman knows what she's doing...

I have been going to her for years and she is the best in the biz. I get highlights and a cute bob. She is really amazing, seriously, I have been recommending happy people to her and I will continue to!
