Waited over a week for a video consultation. Arrived on the video call 5 minutes early as requested. Waited 15 minutes for Sara Arthur but she did not join. Called the office who knew nothing about it. Got a text from Sarah asking if I could do 1750, joined the video call again after rushing my dinner only to be texted and asked if 1815 would be ok. Forget it! If I can't trust you to keep appointments you've made how am I supposed to trust you to preform minor surgery?
My husband had his hair transplant in November 21 everything has gone to plan and healing well, great service from start to finish, Kevin who arranged everything was so helpful and explained everything fully, the surgeon was great on the day also,
My boyfriend had his hair transplant from the team here and what an outstanding transformation! Very good value for money and very professional service..quick from start to finish! Consultation was very informative carried out by Kevin and Dr.karla took care of him on the operation side of things. Would 100% recommend anyone to use these guys!
