Hello all I bought my first lace front wig. The experience was horrible. The product did not look like the picture, the young lady cut the lace for me. When I got home it did not fit my face, the lace was not cut right. Please make sure you can try it on first. Because they will not give you your money back or exchange. So unhappy

I've been patronizing hair Town for over 20 years. Today I walked in the store and requested help. There was no one to help me or assist me. I purchased my item and took it home opened up the package and realized it is not what I asked for.Upon returning back to the store and requesting a store credit I was told that I was unable to get a credit or a refund because the package was open.
