Had a bad experience here just an hour ago. My sister and I decided to go to hairtown because we both wanted bangs. We made an appointment at 10:30 am and arrived at this time. The lady that did my hair was amazing! Samantha gets 5 stars! However, the lady that did my sisters hair was horrible. My sister paid almost $40 just to get everything she did not ask for. I'm very new to the Cumming area so Hair Town was my first hair salon experience here. Star, my hair stylist, did a wonderful job cutting and highlighting my hair. I was very pleased with the results and felt their prices were quite reasonable.
